Feng Shui, Land Fertility Vase from Bhutan

Feng Shui Vase Sa Chued Bum Ter (Land Fertility Vase) made in honour of Sai Lhamo (Goddess of Land) from Bhutan FREE SHIPPING

The Sa Chued Bum Ter is consecrated in honour of Sai Lhamo, the Goddess of Land. The Feng Shui vase is an ancient tradition in Vajrayana Buddhism used to restore positive energy through balance, healing and abundance to both the spiritual and physical world.

When our environment lacks vital energy, is polluted or it simply does not feel right due to an imbalance of the elements, the Feng Shui vase, an ancient Tibetan remedy, is reputed to be able to replenish the essence of the outer world elements – earth, air or wind, fire, water and space as healing is being done to the inner world elements of flesh, blood, heat, breath and mind. All sentient beings are naturally released from suffering and the energy is revitalized in all of the six realms once our outer environment is purified and healed.

The Feng Shui vase is covered in five coloured brocade to symbolise the five Dhyani Buddhas and the five elements of the universe while the wax seal at the end of the five coloured strings signifies the sealing in of these energies. The vase was consecrated and blessed during the entire period of Lhamoi Drupchen- an eleven-day annual rite performed to appease the protecting deity, Palden Lhamo (Mahakali). Organised by Zhung Dratshang, the ceremony was presided by His Holiness, the 70th Je Khenpo, Trulku Jigme Choedra, of the Drukpa Kagyu lineage at Tashi Chodzong, Bhutan.

Sometimes the vases are placed in areas where natural disasters, pollution, wars, or other difficult situations have arisen to help the earth to regain balance in that area.
Things to take note of:
·       Each vase has been consecrated by the Lama and has been sealed to lock in the positive energies. Thus, the vases should never be opened under any conditions.
·       Vases should ideally be placed in shrines above waist height as a form of respect.
·       Alternatively, vases could also be placed in a locked cabinet or safe, directly away from any door or window, to prevent any loss or escape of “fertility energy”.
·       Vases must always be treated with the utmost respect as they are believed to be the mandala or the microcosm in which the deity dwells.
·       The area in which the vases are kept must be kept as clean as possible.
·       Hands must be as clean as possible before handling the vases.
·       The front side of the vase, where the picture of the deity or cintamani is, must face out of the cabinet or safe.
The copper Feng Shui vase is approximately 10cm in height, and 11.5cm at the widest width, and weighs about 1kg.

DISCLAIMER: Given the long and arduous journeys the vases have taken from Bhutan to Singapore, it is inevitable that some of the vases would have knocked against one another, slightly misshaping the copper, creating a few dents around the body of the vases. As confirmed with the Lama, this in no way affects the potency of the vases as the energy sealed within each vase is unaffected by the appearance of the exterior.
